For those of you who may wish to enhance your personal retreat experience, we offer a menu of nurturing services.*
Massage - being touched brings a more focused awareness to where we hold within our bodies, thus allowing for release on deeper levels. $100/hour (longer times available upon request).
Yoga - experience the benefits of yoga with a seasoned teacher in the art of breath and balance. One-on-one personalized instruction $50/session, two or more $25/person
Meditation - private instruction in the simplicity of a meditation practice to further the experience of moving into the silence. $85/session
Energy Work - reconnects us to Spirit by rebalancing the emotional field and allowing for the release of trauma trapped within the body. Remote sessions are available for those unable to travel to the facility. $150/session (a typical session is 2-3 hours)
